Approvals without friction

A review step should protect the work, not slow it down. A simple pattern for teams of two to twenty.

Approval steps fail when nobody knows they are waiting. Make the queue visible: every post that needs a decision should say so in text, beside the person who can make it.

Keep comments on the post itself. A sign-off buried in a chat thread is a sign-off nobody can find when a client asks who approved the launch.

Not every post needs review. Mark the ones that do: launches, offers, anything with a price or a promise. Everything else can flow straight to the schedule.

Finally, record the outcome. A clear trail of who approved what, and when, turns review from a bottleneck into a habit the whole team trusts.
