VALCADIA

01

From the first idea to the published post, Valcadia keeps your channels calm, on-brand and on time.

Ask for a research brief, a week plan or a set of captions. Shape the results with your team, then send them to a calendar that publishes to Instagram, Facebook Pages and X on time. Every post reports its real status, so you always know what is planned, what needs attention and what has gone out.

Inside the studio

Ask. Shape.
Schedule.

  1. 01

    Ask

Describe what you need in plain words. Valcadia drafts a brief, a week plan or captions in your voice.

  2. 02

    Shape

Every result lands as a draft you can review, approve or throw away. Nothing moves on without your yes.

  3. 03

    Schedule

Send approved posts to the calendar. Each one publishes at its time and reports back.

How it works

001

Connect

Link the Instagram, Facebook Page and X accounts you publish to. Each connection shows its real status, so you always know which channel is ready and which needs attention.

One-time setup

002

Brief

Describe your voice once. Turn a topic into an AI brief and a content plan with angles, formats and a suggested rhythm you can edit before anything is drafted.

Weekly

003

Plan

Drop ideas onto a calendar that respects your timezone. Drafts, scheduled posts and published work sit in one view, with clear labels instead of colour alone.

Weekly

004

Create

Write captions, attach photos and preview each post per channel. Character limits and media rules are checked as you go, not after a failed publish.

Daily

005

Approve

Send a brief or week plan for review and record the sign-off. Nothing waiting for approval reaches the calendar until someone says yes.

As needed

006

Publish

Publish now or at the planned time. Every delivery reports back its real outcome, and a failure tells you what went wrong and what to do next.

On schedule

  • 01

    Workers

The studio and its API run at the edge, close to you.

  • 02

    Workers AI

Briefs, plans and captions are drafted on Cloudflare’s models.

  • 03

    D1

Your plans, drafts and approvals live in a private database.

  • 04

    R2

Media stays in private storage, attached only when you choose.

07

Built for

01

Solo creators

One calendar for every channel, a voice profile that remembers how you write, and a schedule that keeps posting while you make the work.

02

Small teams

Drafts, review and sign-off in one place. Everyone sees what is planned, what needs attention and what has already gone out.

03

Studios & agencies

A brand voice the drafts follow, a clear record of who approved what, and one calendar for every channel you manage.

Questions

Which channels can I publish to?

Instagram professional accounts, Facebook Pages and X are the first channels. Each connection shows its live status, and we will only list a channel here once publishing to it works end to end.

Is Valcadia open to everyone?

Not yet. The workspace is invite-only while we finish onboarding, billing and recovery flows. Request an invite and we will reply when a place is ready.

Do I need to use the AI features?

No. Briefs and content plans are optional helpers. You can plan, write and schedule every post by hand, and nothing generated is published without your approval.

Can my team review posts before they go out?

Yes. Any post can be sent for approval, collect comments and record a sign-off. Posts waiting for approval never publish on their own.

What happens if a post fails to publish?

You see it in the calendar with the reason and the next step, such as reconnecting a channel or replacing an image that does not meet a platform rule.

Is the source code available?

Yes. Valcadia is built on the open-source Postiz project under the AGPL-3.0 licence. The exact source for this deployment is linked in every page footer.
