02 / CHANNELS

Your voice.
The right places.

A channel is the social account, page, or profile you publish to. Connect only accounts you own or have permission to manage.

  1. Start in the calendar

Choose Connect a channel or Add Channel, then select a platform from the available list. Choose the account or page you want to manage.

  2. Approve access with the platform

Follow the connection flow. For platforms that use an authorization page, review the requested permissions and the account you are signed into. Some platforms require a professional account, page permissions, or additional settings.

  3. Confirm the destination

If the platform offers multiple pages or profiles, choose the intended one. Back in the workspace, check its name and avatar before selecting it in a post. Never assume two similarly named accounts are the same destination.

A connection needs attention?

If the channel asks you to refresh or reconnect, complete that flow and check any affected scheduled posts. Password changes, revoked permissions, and platform security checks can interrupt access. An error message from the platform is the best starting point for resolving a failed connection.

Keep your account safe

Approve only permissions you understand. Do not share your social password in a post, support message, or document. You can also review connected applications in the social platform’s own account settings.
