03 / PLANNING & SCHEDULING
Make room
for your next idea.
Use the calendar to see what is coming, keep unfinished posts in drafts, and give each finished piece a deliberate place in the week.
See the week clearly
Use the calendar’s date and view controls to move through your schedule. Filter by channel or post state when you need to focus. An empty date means there is room to plan; you do not need to fill every day.
Check the complete post
Before scheduling, review the selected destination, copy, attachments, and platform-specific options. Resolve validation messages rather than assuming a post accepted by one platform will work on another.
Set the time deliberately
Choose the intended publishing date and time, and check the timezone displayed by the workspace. Confirm the action, then find the post in the calendar. Recheck the scheduled time if you change your device or timezone settings.
Return for the result
Check the status after the scheduled time. If a post fails, read the error, check the channel connection and media requirements, and correct the issue before trying again. Check the destination account first to avoid publishing the same content twice.
Your useful final check
Right account. Finished copy. Correct media. Intended time. Taking a moment to check these four details is part of publishing, even when the rest is scheduled.
